Terms of Trading by Mail Order

Jewellery

1. Upon receipt of your payment, a receipt for your purchase and confirmation of the sale will emailed to you.
2. The order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
3. If more than one item is ordered, the appropriate cost of postage will be included in the invoice.
4. I hope that you will be delighted with your Jewellery but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it undamaged in the original packaging within 7 days by Royal Mail Special Delivery for a full refund.
5. I reserve the right to cancel any sale prior to sending the confirmation e-mail (Item 1 above)
6. I reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
